Stall Types

Sunset Events looks for exciting stall holders with unique products and services that reflect the overall vibe of the Festival. We are seeking a range of the following types of stalls:

• Food stalls
• Market stalls
• Environmental stalls
• Community stalls

Our vision is to provide food stalls that represent the flavours of the globe and market stalls that enhance the colour and creativity of this event.

Environment

As a part of Sunset Events’ commitment to reducing waste and its impact on the environment, we are encouraging stallholders and the community to reduce waste and recycle at West Coast Blues ‘n’ Roots 2012.

This year, stallholders are asked to use as little packaging as possible. Considerable work has been done to create an event with responsible environmental undertakings and applications received will be viewed favourably if they include environmentally friendly measures.

Waste minimisation can be achieved through:

• A reduction in packaging to a few materials which are recyclable or biodegradable
• Collecting and sorting recyclable materials
• Preventing litter
• Composting food scraps. We will be working with you to set up a collection system

West Coast Blues ‘n’ Roots Environmental Guidelines for stallholders will be available soon.

Stall Fees

Food and market stall fees are dependant on vendor, size and position within the festival.

Fees will be advised on application.

Fees must be paid in full at least 3 weeks prior to the festival. Vendors will not be granted site access unless fees have been paid.

Permits / Insurance

All stall holders will be required to provide their own insurance and obtain relevant council permits.
